Thank you for shopping with us! We aim to deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the information you need regarding our shipping process.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to Greece, Bulgaria, and Cyprus.

Please note that we do not currently ship to the Bermuda Triangle.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 

    Greece: 5–7 business days (Standard), faster options available upon request
    Bulgaria: 7–14 business days
    Cyprus: 7–14 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: TBT

  • Overnight Shipping: TBT

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or other external factors.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. The total cost will be displayed before you complete your order. We also offer free standard shipping to Greece.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that order processing times may be longer during busy periods, such as holidays or sales events.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Orders: If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist in locating it with the carrier.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at kaisokuouni.gr@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

7. International Shipping

  • Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

  • Shipping Times: International shipping times can vary, typically taking between 7-21 business days depending on the destination.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations or other factors, some items may not be available for shipping to certain locations. If your order includes restricted items, we will notify you and offer an alternative.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections.
